Paul James served as Council President from 2018 until 2020. From 2020 through all of 2021 he served as Vice-President.
He began his current term as President of Council in January, 2022
Paul chairs the Utilities & Fire Service Committee. He also serves as a member of the Business & Finance Committee, and the Legal & Technology Committee.
