West Easton has approved an ordinance regarding the use of recreational drones in the borough.
While the borough can not prohibit drones flying in the airspace above West Easton, it does have the right to impose restrictions on land use.
Be aware drones can not be launched from, or land on borough parks or public property within the boundaries of West Easton, with the exception of one area designated for drones.
Recreational drone pilots may begin and end flights on an area of public land located at 805 Ridge Street, West Easton.
